As you enter the home you will be amazed by the expansive great room. Located here is a nice living area with couches and chairs facing an entertainment center with a wall mounted big screen LCD television, extended cable, and a BluRay player. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, which seats six. The spacious kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop, an assortment of small appliaces, and a large pantry. There are doors off the living and dining areas that open up to the lanai and backyard.
The lanai is has two lounging areas with seating for four at each. There is a stainless steel grill with a wine cooler also for your use. Among the beautiful landscaping is a pool with a jacuzzi and lounge chairs located around it. In the distance is a nice ocean view.
On one side of the house is the spacious master bedroom. Located here is a king size bed with bedside tables facing a big screen LCD television and two chairs. The glass doors open up to the backyard to bring the tropics in or to simply offer a nice view. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower. Also located on this side of the house is the guest bedroom with a queen size bed facing a chest of drawers and a LCD television. The attached bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combo.
On the other side of the house are the other 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with beside tables facing a wall mounted LCD television. This bedroom also opens up to the lawn area and view. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables facing a LCD television. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a bedside table and a LCD television. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Other amenities at this house is wireless internet and a laundry room.
Guests of this house will be greeted upon arrival and have access to the amenities at the Hilton Waikoloa Village next door.
