As you enter through the front gates you will be greeted by the well manicured landscaping and pool overlooking the ponds and blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. On the left side of the courtyard are the two guest hales. The first hale has a king size bed facing a LCD television and offers one of the best views in the home. The attached bath has a deep soaking jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and his and hers vanities.
On the other side of the courtyard is the main house. Through the large pocket doors is the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The large kitchen is well stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 8. The living area is surrounded by pocket doors for ultimate enjoyment of the view. If you choose, open the doors and enjoy the sounds and scents of the ocean. There is ample seating and a big screen LCD television. The wraparound lanai has a dining table and chairs along with some additional chairs. A large stainless steel grill is available.
The other side of the main house offers 3 bedrooms and the entertainment room. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed with a LCD television and two seating areas. The spacious master bath has a deep soaking jacuzzi tub, a large walk in shower, his and hers vanities, and an outdoor shower. Just down from the master bedroom are two guest bedrooms and the entertainment room. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a LCD television and a private bath. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds with a private bath. Find a large wrap around couch with a big screen LCD television in the entertainment room.
