Kolea is a very diverse community offering both private residences and two and three bedroom vacation villas. Along the edge of the water are the private residences and the Kolea Beach Club. Just in behind the homes are 66 spacious 3 bedroom villas, which all offer ocean views from the second and third floors. Nestled behind these villas are 50 two bedroom villas and 10 3 bedroom villas. Most of these villas offer garden views, but some offer ocean views.
All guests of Kolea have access to the Kolea Beach Club. This private club offers direct beach access to A’Bay and amenities for everyone. The inifinity pool has comfortable lounge chairs surrounding it.
